How to report a security vulnerability?

If you identify potential security vulnerabilities, incidents, or data protection concerns related to UniSentry, please contact us following the process below.

UniSentry's Security Incident Response Team encourages vulnerability disclosures. We are committed to enhancing long-term security value through timely vulnerability remediation, improved customer notification mechanisms, and continuous optimization of our security framework.

Product Vulnerability

If you have discovered vulnerabilities related to UniSentry intelligent products,
please select this category.

Data Breach

If you have discovered data leakage related to UniSentry intelligent products or IP information,
please select this category.

What to do?

What information to submit?

For product vulnerabilities, please report the following:

Vulnerability source (if product vulnerability)?

How did you obtain this vulnerability, e.g., discovered during integration in R&D, or traced after product launch, etc.

Affected product traceability (if product vulnerability)?

Please provide specific product models/chip models/firmware versions involved.

Vulnerability description (if product vulnerability)?

Please provide POC methods, relevant code snippets, or applicable incident description links.

References (if product vulnerability)?

If this vulnerability has been recognized, please provide relevant public evaluation links.

UniSentry product/IP data breach type (if data breach)?

E.g., software component code, design documents, commercial contracts, etc.

UniSentry product/IP data breach traceability (if data breach)?

Please describe how it was discovered, providing text, screenshots, and links.

Please report in Chinese or English
Please communicate with PSIRT mailbox through encrypted email (Email: psirt@uni-sentry.com)
After receiving the mail, the ISIC will reply to the analysis and response of the problem within 1-2 working days
